Today is cookie day. So far, in the lineup we have:

Jam Thumbprint Cookies
Oatmeal
Oatmeal Lace
Russian Tea Cakes
Chocolate Chip
Chocolate Chip with Andes mint pieces (instead of the chocolate chips)
Sugar Cut-Out Cookies

Other non-cookie things we are making:
Fudge
Rice Krispie Treats
Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Since I just got home from the grocery store (what is it with this traffic? Sheesh...) I doubt I will get them all done today. (It is 4pm)Tomorrow is Christian's birthday, so we are taking the day off of school. Anything that isn't finished tonight we will finish tomorrow.
